The BLOOM Project exists as a response to the world’s orphan crisis.  Our primary mission is to increase the number of families in our community who provide homes to orphans through adoption.  This mission is carried out in two ways - (1) educating our community about the realities of adoption and the orphan crisis and (2) fundraising to help make adoption possible for families through grants and no-interest loans.

It is our desire to promote a culture in which adoption (both domestic and international) is encouraged and supported.
